Just wanted to add that you cannot do skip the lines when booking through a third
Party I booked through Thomas Cook and I was supposed to be picking up our car from
Disney car centre but I’ve changed it to MCO. 😞🤷

You can do the online check in with Alamo no matter who you book with... The problem with Thomas Cook is they may enter the lead drivers name as an initial. If they do that, you won't be able to do the olci.

If you email Alamo, they'll tell you its not possible however they're wrong.

I spent yesterday calling Alamo in USA and TC. They both said TC do not
Allow you to do OLCI. Nightmare to be honest but I will give it a try.

You can do it. I had the exact same problem with Thomas Cook last year. They had to cancel and put the full name. TC are a pain in the ≈≈≈≈, I did the online chat and told them what the issue was. If you google it, loads of people have the same issues with a TC for this reason.

Try the online chat, tell them to cancel the rental and rebook. Thought they would've nailed this by now if m honest

I've booked with TC and I did the OLCI and STC no bother. In fact the lead named person isn't even driving and it let me add on the other 3 drivers and leave off the lead name. All I needed was the booking reference.
