Epcot's Lights of Winter Retired.

Sad news. They were stunning to see, but hopefully won't spoil my December nights at Epcot.

I know everyone is hurting economically, even Disney, but I just don't like the way they are going about the downturn. Irrespective of the current financial market they are charging more money for less things and that just doesn't sit right with me.

I just hope that the increases and cuts like these in 2009 will be enough of a loss preventor to give them a massive boost in 2010 onwards.

TBH they were damn ugly during the day and not that spectacular at night.. At least we can now have an unimpeded view at night down that causeway of SpaceshipEarth at Chriastmas.
