I get a strong reaction to insect bites and keep Benedryl spray every where-home, office, car, purse.

I would not take oral Benedryl for an insect bite. At least the Benedryl we have-it can knock you. some pediatricians recommend it for flying with kids-they will sleep the entire flight.

I was symptom free in Florida and suffer badly in the UK. BUT as soon as I got off that plane in Manchester I felt like I had a sumo wrestler sitting on my chest. I'm taking them and taking daily as usual this next trip. That was horrible!

The USA Benrdryl contains the same ingredient as in Nytol - as I found out, pop one of those and you get a good sleep - not very useful if you take it at 2pm mind!

Take them, They are a good premptive treatment for mosi bites (although you should still take all reasonable recautions against being bitten)

Yes tree grass and weed pollens have been very high out there recently and tbh it's only gonna keep going until November when the humidity and climate changes ever so slightly. Hay fever tablets can cost a lot more out there than at home especially in the theme parks.

I suffer badly here but have never had it in Florida. I buy Claritin over there , and stock up to come home.
