Aer Lingus Orlando lounge access

We are due to fly on the 30th of December from Glasgow to Orlando via Dublin. There was some mention somewhere (can't remember where, sorry) that to access lounges that are not run by Aer Lingus (Glasgow and Orlando), they send you a voucher to permit entry. We booked through a third party travel agent so are not dealing direct with Aer Lingus, and have not received any vouchers. Was a bit concerned they might not provide one at Glasgow check-in on the way out, or Orlando check-in on the way back.

Does anyone have any recent experience of this? I'll need to phone Aer Lingus to give API but would appreciate a heads-up.

Thanks in advance,

Colin

EDIT- We're flying business class.

Are you flying in business class or have you paid for access?

Your boarding pass should get you into the lounges then, no need for vouchers. It will be the upper deck lounge in Glasgow and the United looks nae in Orlando

Details ate on the Aer Lingus website

I wouldn`t bother going to the Lounge in Orlando, it`s like going back in time... the `70`s. From memory it`s not located close to the terminal Aer Lingus use. You have to do two journeys on the tram when you are ready to leave.

I totally agree with andymc, bit of a hassle to get to lounge and then back to aer Lingus gate. We used it last week and food offerings were pathetic, few bits dried up cheese and biscuits, cookies, soup, coffee and tea machines. Next time we won’t use it and sit near shops - much more entertaining. We do like the 51st and Green lounge at Dublin, good food and drink, comfy seating.

Hi Colin
I have emails from Aer Lingus (Booked Direct) with lounge passes for two upcoming trips. Glasgow Servisair, JFK Airspace and MCO United. Both emails state no access without passes. Think this may new as on my June trips didn’t need any passes.
