I double checked everything i hold dual citizenship Ireland and UK and I live in Spain

If you submitted a group ESTA (multiple people) they can take a couple of hours to be approved whereas single applications tend to be near instant (approve after a few mins and refresh the screen/status).

I wouldn’t worry.

Log back in again and you should see if its been approved mine only took a couple of minutes

It's worrying when you see that message, but normal.

I had this took a few days and I logged back on and they were approved, got my heart rate going a little, I can tell you lol x

I always feel like I'm having a heart attack when submitting Esta's even though we have never done anything wrong lol

It is not always necessary to log out & back in again; I got the pending message, clicked refresh immediately & it changed to approved.

I tell you, i look and feel guilty most of the time, I am sure the Esta people know

Did mine last night and got the same message as I was doing it for 2 of us. I checked an hour or so later and they had been approved 👍🏻
