I’ve just booked this but can’t find anywhere a start time?

I found this on a Disney Blog for 2017...don't take as gospel though. Check with Disney.

Party fun takes place from 7 p.m.-midnight, although party ticket holders may enter the park as early as 4 p.m. to enjoy regular park offerings.

That’s good to know as I wondered about gaining entry, so it looks like we can get in early, well fingers crossed 🤞

I know MNSSHP allows entry from 4pm, so guess MVMCP would be similar. Of course if you already have 7/14/21 day tickets for Disney, you can go in from opening time

At 4pm they start issuing the hand bands on the right hand side
of the park entrance,these must be worn at all times,when the park
closes,they set up check points to check that you have the hand
band,without you will be asked to leave,on rides after the closes
you have to show your band.Some people think it is easy to avoid
paying for a ticket,cast members do check.
