Photopass gone forever?

Trip last Nov. Never downloaded any pics and slightly regretting it.
Are they gone forever?

We had the photo pass when we did DLP. I'm sure they stay on there for 12 months.

Photopass photos had been valid for 45 days from the date the photo was taken or thereabouts, unless you have an annual patss then they are valid for 12 months. Of course they may have changed this.

You could phone to see if they could be recovered.

I had the same issue around 3 months after we arrived back home. I emailed Disney and they put the photos back on my memory maker and gave me two weeks to download copies.
