Help needed with booking cancellation

Does anyone know if I can cancel my Disney reservation but still keep the 14 day ultimate tickets and not lose the £200 deposit.

We have decided to stay offsite mainly to save $$$$ but we still want the tickets so am hoping I can keep that part of the booking and not lose the deposit.

I tried calling tonight but the wait time was in excess 30 min

I'm sure I've read you can and am interested if anyone knows the definite answer as may have to do the same thing.

Your invoice will have come with a list of cancellation terms. The best you can hope for is an amendment fee of £50.
