BA - 8 seater car

Have any of you guys been able to hire an 8 seater car through BA? I seem to be able to change the car with most other travel agents apart from BA. They have the best options for hotels I'm looking for so keen to book with them ( I have avios points to use also) I have tried calling them thought I would try you guys first

We did a BA flydrive last year and got an 8 seater Ford Expedition EL at Fort Lauderdale.

There were only 7 of us - they list it as a Group L car (Chevrolet Suburban) Premium.

If you click on the option to show more cars, it will bring up what is available at your pick up point.

We were hoping to fly into Tampa next year, but there are no group L cars with BA/Avis there.

Not sure why you aren't seeing them? They are most assuredly bookable at Tampa. Though price right now is appalling.

I can get a price of comparison websites for one, but not with either avis direct of as part of a BA flydrive.

A few days ago it popped up on the BA flydrive but hasn't been back since.

Agreed on the prices right now! Terrible.

Just did a quick check booking with BA via their executive loyalty club. Checked our 17 days for next summer.

Group L was there. About �170 overpriced versus competitors but also �150 cheaper than the BA holidays website price which I
promise WAS there yesterday 😁

Am I missing something... have checked cars at MCO but the only class L is a 7 seater Chevrolet Suburban

I�m sure they�re an 8 seater. Our Expedition EL (same car, different badge

) was an 8 seater.

We've had a group L car through Ba from MCO twice now. Last year we got an 8 seater Suburban and last month it was a 7 seater Suburban. There's only 6 of us though so the 7 seater was better.
