The question is who paid for his share of the holiday. If it was him, then forget about claiming anything back and go enjoy your holiday with the extra free meal credits.

Often its not worth claiming back taxes from your flights. Some airlines make you jump through hoops and pay admin fees and make it really not worth the hassle.

Only the meal credits aren’t free, they cost however much the theme park ticket cost. Unless you think you’d spend that amount OOP on food I’d cancel him off the Disney booking and get at least part of the ticket cost back. Unless it’s too late of course.
