Are Nakd bars allowed into the US..?

Hi Folks
I have never taken food into the US on any previous trip but this year the kids want to take the Nakd fruit bars that they have every day here... especially for the first few days whilst on site till we get to a supermarket

They are fruit but they are wrapped ?...anyone know if these are OK to take in?...will obviously disclose them on the form as well...

Thanks

I doubt it.
Why not get a grocery delivery to the room via Instacart? It's cheap and they'll shop at Publix.

Is the fruit dried? You should be ok with it as it's considered processed enough to "remain incapable of being infested by quarantine pests".

They are fruits and nuts "mashed" together into a bar...quite tasty actually and good for you...kids love them, take to school every day

They have their favourites so wanted to take these over with us, im a bit dubious as its still fruit but in a bar form...

Angelbabe lives in Florida so I would take note of the link in her post as well as the one I posted.

Seem to be a mash up of dried fruit, granola, cereal bars and candy. So I wouldn't argue with Angelbabe.

Finally made it to historic downtown Clermont last month. Have you been yet?

Wanted something from Lowes would you believe that wasn't in stock at Cagan Crossings. Grime Boss - The strange things we Brits bring back. . Didn't find much apart from a lake.

I was going to answer a completely different topic with your headline! It's near enough a Granola bar so you will be ok

I like these myself. They are not dried, but compressed fruit. You may have problems so be prepared to lose it all if you take it.
