Problem linking Disney tickets!

Hello Dibbers,

Has anyone else had problems linking their Disney tickets on the MDE app? I’ve tried on my desktop computer too and keep getting “invalid ID number” message! My MNSSHP tickets linked ok! I’ll try calling Disney if no joy on here, I want to book my Fastpasses starting next weekend!

Try phoning the Disney technical support freephone number they should be able to help you.

If the above number can't help try phoning this number 0800 028 0778, Option 4, they might be able to help.

Thanks lyn1, I spoke to a lovely lady in Guest Services yesterday, got the tickets linked after what seemed like an hour! The lady couldn’t apologise enough! I do love Disney customer service, so excited to be going now!

i'm having this issue to - all i want to do is book fast passes.

Managed to link MNSSHP ok but not my ticket. Called the above number but she couldnt do it either so has been logged but could take 48 hours
