If it’s just hotel only without park tickets then I’m guessing you may have lost it. I think how it’s made out is that hotels with travel or tickets are classed as packages. I would contact the relevant email or phone number that’s been put up for Thomas cook bookings to find out. Hope your holiday works out ok in the end
