Virgin - how to book regional connecting flights

Evening all,

One of the reasons I tend to fly BA is because I am based in Jersey and the benefits of the connecting flight in case of delays etc is invaluable.

Flybe are purportedly partners with Virgin (and now owned by Virgin) but it doesn't seem possible to book the connecting flights on the same
ticket?

Does anyone know how to book flights with Virgin to include the regional connections?

Unfortunately virgin only offer certain "other airports" at the moment, might change once they integrate their purchase of flybe into virgin

I live in Guernsey and have to book seperate connecting flights with Aurigny as BA don't fly here. The GCI-LGW flights cost me well over £400 for the 2 of us including baggage for December and that was booking the flights early!
If in the future I can book straight through with Virgin Atlantic/Virgin Connect (FlyBE) to Orlando then this will save me £££s

It may also depend if Flybe have their schedule for when you want to fly. They only release about 9 months in advance it seems and when I enquired about EDI-MAN for our upcoming flight virgin said they couldn’t book until Flybe schedule released. Ended up not bothering as got reward seats and didn’t want to faff too much.
