Where flies direct from the UK
Hi. What airports fly to Orlando or Tampa direct from the UK in Oct/Nov as I know some are seasonal. We are already getting a flight to get us to the UK so would rather go direct to either of those airports
TIA

Gatwick & Manchester are your best best for direct flights.

I'm pretty sure there aren't any direct flights into MCO/TPA from LHR, happy to be proven wrong however.
They all have at least one stop, this is why I said LGW or MAN are their best bet for direct As an example, see the below for LHR-MCO/SFB.

You can’t fly direct to Orlando/Tampa from Heathrow but you can fly into Miami from LHR. We’ve done this route a few times and flew home from MIA on Sunday. We flew Gatwick to Tampa on 13-10 though. Never flown into Orlando, but Tampa is a very nice little airport and very easy to get around, and we don’t mind Miami too much, if the price is much cheaper we will go from there.

Tampa: just one direct flight from UK - BA from LGW
MCO: 3 airlines Norwegian: 1 flight from LGW BA: 2 flights, both from LGW Virgin: 2 to 4 flights: 1 from LGW, 1 from MAN, sometimes 2nd from LGW or MAN, sometimes 1 from GLA Sanford: Only TUI fly there - charter flights - see TUI for details A couple of days ago, BA did run a direct LHR-MCO flight, but it was the special annual charter flight for Dreamflight. No ordinary public flights. |
