Looks like September 2020 is going to be busy!

We originally booked 10 nights with Disney for next September with the intention of adding on four days at the beach. Rang yesterday to see if we could add on four days to our POR booking instead, only to be told no availability! They could only offer us cabins at FWor tower at Coronado.
Have also tried two different DVD rental company, but no availability there either. Really worried now that September is going to be busy, it was nice and quiet the last twice we were there at that time

I believe September is peak DVC demand so wouldn’t read too much Into that. We had the same problem last year with the holiday we’ve just come back from. One of the TAs we spoke to said Disney were a bit unpredictable in the way they release rooms. Be very surprised if September has actually sold out. More likely availability is affected by the free dining offer still being open

I think all of next year is going to busy once the second ride opens at Galaxy’s Edge, many have held fire for that trip to include it.

WDTC will just have sold their allocation of free dining rooms. I would wait until after free dining and see if more rooms are released.

As Sha9 says it’s just that wdtc have sold out of their allocation for the dining plan offer. This doesn’t mean it’ll be any busier than this September. The same thing happens every year with the free dining rooms.
