Haven’t stayed in Teguise for about 10 years but I can remember it being quiet with more families and mature couples.
It can be quite windy hence the nickname breezy tequise.
We like it there and were booked to go in October but changed to next year

I’ve stayed there a few times it’s nice but prefer Playa Blanca.

We stayed there about 17 years ago and there were plenty of places to eat out Nice family area but quite breezy which for us wasn't brilliant but we went in February, we still had beach days though but definitely a jacket for night.

When are you thinking about going OP? There seems to be several restaurants closed at the moment unfortunately.

Like YT and Taffy we love Playa Blanca but that seems quiet at the moment too.

Not much to do there and it's too windy.
Plenty to do at Puerto del Carmen.
Playa blanca more for families.

We also love Playa Blanca. More than enough restaurants and bars, a few little shops and nice beaches.
Costa Teguise was nice but as above we didn’t think there was a great choice of restaurants. I wonder if there are a lot of all inclusives in Costa Teguise ?
We have had holidays in Peurto del Carmen in the past and loved it but last year we went just for a day and thought it was awful. It is a bit much for us now and we don’t really want the British bars etc.

Playa Blanca definitely would be my choice.

The one place I would recommend you visit is Timanfaya national park for the volcano and visitor centre.

We love Costa Teguise and have been many times over the years as a couple, with friends and with family. There's a lovely square with restaurants and bars - perfect for people watching in the evening. We last went in 2018 and found some lovely restaurants!
