Sequoia Lodge Contact

Hi All,

I would love to email the Sequoia Lodge to ask if they could arrange anything special for my Husband's birthday when we are staying there. We have had a really difficult couple of months and almost lost our 2 year old DD over christmas when she choked and stopped breathing.

So it would be really nice to try and organise something extra special with the hotel during our trip.

So does anyone have an email address so i can contact them please?

Thanks

Wow, it sounds as though you guys have been through the mill and need some R and R.

DLP resorts do not have a direct email address (or not ones that they publish anyway). Help is at hand, as there is a great sticky thread here with all the resort telephone and fax numbers. I faxed them last year for our trip, and they were very accommodating. Good luck!

Thanks for that. Do you think it would be better to phone?

I would do both Phone first (make sure you take their name), and back it up with a fax

I would definitely ring - we contacted them to notify of our anniversary and were upgraded and given VIP breakfast passes

No guarantees but always worth a call - good luck!

Hi,

Just gave them a call and they said they could do some flowers, complimentary gift baskets and balloons and so on. But they advised that I would need to wait and call 1 week before as our room had not been allocated yet.

Hi,

I ended up emailing guest relations about our trip in March and they responded with the following email;

"Thank you for your email and your interest to Disneyland®Paris.

All the Special Needs team has been affected by your mail, for this reason, we'd like to help you to organize you stay in the best conditions.

To make a request, I need to know what Lily and Jacob favorite characters are in order to advise the hotel and the other departements were working with and try to organize some kind of surprise.

Even if we can never guaranty a meeting with the Disney Characters, all the Disney staff is really involved in making the dreams of children come true and we'll do our best to make they spend the greatest time in Disneyland® Paris !

We're looking forward to hearing from you."

I know! How amazing are Disney!

Not sure what they are planning. They sent another email which said

"Thanks a lot for the information!

As I explained, we cannot confirm anything since we never know in advance what we'll be able to do but I've advised all the departments we're working with in order to make their stay really special and maybe realize their dream."

Maybe they are going to organise a character meet and greet? Whatever it will be I am sure it will be amazing. Just have to wait and see I guess.
