Mobile Headphones for Autism

MyDS is autistic and we have taken him to watch his local football team for a few years but now he is not like the banter that goes on between the two teams. I thought I might try him with some headphones and wondered if anyone had any recommendations? He is an adult.

You can buy ear defenders - I'm thinking of them for son but he's only 9.

My son has some "normal" noise cancelling Bose headphones and they work a treat. He does wear them 24/7 but had to take them out at school and some toad stole them. Problem was by the time he came home he was a wreck as he has to have those exact ones ... mad dash to town and he was soon back to normal.

Oh how awful, there are some terrible people out there. I know what you mean about having to have the same things all the time. Are they over the ears?
