They don't do pins but you can get a Happy Birthday badge from Town Hall (or sometimes a sticker). They also have blank badges where they can write a personal message such as "first visit" or "Happy Anniversary".

Sadly they no longer do pins for anything including birthdays ☹! Wanted one last month and tried in the park and at concierge at the hotel! Told they no longer do them! Did get a Halloween one though?

Last year at City Hall they said they didn’t do them any more, but I saw someone wearing one and asked her where she got it, and she said ‘the hotel’. So we nipped into the DLH and asked for one, and were given it straight away. This year we saw a couple around but they might have been old ones.

Hi, Called into Town Hall yesterday for a birthday badge and they no longer do them.Apparently the hotels may have a few left but are just using up what they have and then that's it !
We always got one on previous trips... it's a pity. |

That’s a shame - I was hoping to get one for my hubby’s 40th in Feb!

Ahh that's a shame.
If you don't mind spending a bit of £££ there's a few etsy sellers that sell badges for Disney trips. |

If they don't do birthday badges any more, how are cast-members supposed to know when to put the phone call from Mickey through to you when you're going into attractions? This is a real shame
