Well I’ve completed week 1 of Veganuary.
I’ve not been on a diet as such, but the things I can eat is drastically limited & I lost 2lbs - horay! 😊

I joined Team RH fitness in October, so not on a diet, and am seeing a steady loss.

Been with Slimming World for aaaages. Lost 2.5 stone but now that's only 1.5 stone. I am NOT going to buy bigger clothes as I threw them all out thinking I wouldn't need them again - huh! Holiday in May and want to shift another 1.5 if I can, so 3 stone total.

Well, official weigh-in this morning and my Bluetooth scales asked if I was a guest rather than recognising my account because there was a ‘considerable change’ in weight since my last weigh-in 😳

Count me in. Going to be 30 in October and I’d love to loose 5lb. I lost 8lb last year which I’m delighted with as I always struggle to loose anything. If I could be bang on 8 stone that would be perfect. I have such a sweet tooth though!

Count me in too. Rejoined Slimming World last week and would love to lose a stone before New York trip at the end of March, then another half stone by June when we go to Turkey. I’m a very slow loser though. Good luck to everyone.

Good luck to us all. Let's hope we can all be strong, resist temptation and get to our desired weight.
Just think how good we'll feel without the extra lbs.

Well today was the first weigh in - I've lost 1.5lbs

I'm pleased I got a loss but being honest, I am disappointed that it wasn't more for the first week. I was hoping for at least 2lb maybe even 3lb or 4lb (just for being the first week, wouldn't expect that all the time) but hey ho it is what it is! Will keep chipping away - although at that rate per week i'll just miss my first target of a stone before my birthday. Fingers crossed I can find a way to make it happen!

Its so hard. I am on minimum day time rations and family evening meal. BUT why am I not losing, I have even fast walked for n hour this morning, fast enough to get my intense Garmin minutes active.! Is it cumulative?
