Anyone used Frontier Air?

As the title says!
Looking at an internal flight from Boston to Orlando and Frontier have just appeared looking quite a bit cheaper than delta or jet blue.
Just wondered if anyone has an experience of them?

Never used them. But they are the US internal equivalent of Ryanair. Check the site for hold baggage charges etc

Used them last year on a small side trip whist doing Route 66. Outbound flight excellent but return cancelled and the worst customer service I’ve had with any airline. Basically told tough ,sort yourself out with alternatives and we’ll refund you a set fee, about half what flights next day cost. Took 4 months to get money and could only get in dollar cheque. Will never use again. Ryanair but worse.
Incidentally we did Boston to Orlando about 5 years ago flying with JetBlue with no complaints. We loved Boston too.
