Which area?

Hi I'm looking to book our holiday for February 2016 for 2 adults 3 children aged 17,15,10.
Been quoted £4,295 to stay in a 5 bed villa at Wingwood Bay then £4,065 to stay in a 3 bed villa at Kissimmee, both including flights with Virgin with car and full insurance?
Need advice on which to go with and if anyone knows if these are good deals?
Thanks Emma

I'd take the first 3 kids 2 sharing not ideal if they don't at home and a named resort but you still won't know the actual villa

I've seen the actual villa I would be staying in at Wingwood bay and it does look very nice, just wondering if that's a nice area?

Think your villa community is Windwood Bay, and yes its a great area to stay in thats why we bought there. Nice and quiet but has good access to all the attractions. Restaurants and supermarkets near by. Think you would enjoy the area.

I would definitely choose a named Villa/ resort over aoa. The 3 bed could be anywhere in quite a large area.

Windwood Bay is a great location you have 2 Publix supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive, have a look at the attraction information & driving directions page on my website and you will be able to see directions with a map to the parks, restaurants and shopping from Windwood Bay.

Enjoy your trip
