Universal tickets wrong date

Hi everyone i just bought universal tickets for my holiday in September. I entered the correct date and by the looks of it, it has reverted back to today's date. Has anyone ever done this before and do you think universal will let me change the date if it is wrong?
Thanks
Katie

If they are the 14day type then as long as it's the same year then it's ok. They are activated on 1st use.

Is it a 1 day ticket you bought? Those are the only Universal ones that are date-specific as far as I know.
