Book the next one!

My hubby would absolutely kill me.
As this is what I did this year sat in Orlando airport thinking I need to book as we have annual pass for Disney.

We really need to give it a miss in 2021 but that’s gonna be so hard to do.

We have absolutely everything now on the last day. Disney Springs. Park from opening to the last possible moment. Pool and change in the communal bathrooms. Shopping mall. Lie in and a late check out-then lunch and hanging around. Character breakfast then Mk for 3 FPP and a wander. However. What we now tend to do is book our room for an extra night and just call it on the day. Whatever we choose we can avoid the refugee with suitcases status that way. Our flights are usually 7-9pm departure so we can actually get a decent amount out of the last day.

Can you not ask the villa owners for a late check out perhaps ? I’ve booked our villa for the extra night so we can leave Late and go straight there. We will pack in the morning then go out for lunch and probably have a last dash around Walmart for even more supplies to bring home lol

We usually hand our cases in to Virgin at Disney Springs then go for a nice big breakfast and then on to a park or maybe to the cinema, if the weather’s a bit on the wet side.

It’s virgin allocation on arrival so they have said they will not know if it’s possible or not until the day before.

We usually do Disney Springs as others have said, but we also get a round of Disney golf in before that, too.

We did an airboat ride once - that wasn’t such a great idea as we ended up wet 😆 Recently we have done Busch Gardens on our last day before flying home from Tampa. We like to make the most of that last day and have a change of clothes in the car.

We go to the florida mall as its on the way and have a wander round there with lunch at Five Guys, we have also had a late checkout in the past which takes a bit of pressure off

Often we finish a holiday down on the coast so the drive back to Orlando/Miami (wherever we are flying from) takes up a large part of the day!
If not though I’d say shopping and going for lunch is what we would do too!
If you did Disney springs you have the option of bowling or the cinema to keep your kids entertained!

I'm planning a beach day for our last day. Flying from Miami at about 10.40pm and staying less than an hour away from the airport. Will go to a State Park beach so good for a shower, then a nice last meal and probably a last minute trip to walmart, although exactly which order these will take I have no idea.
