I saw it at the cinema when it came out. I wasn’t particularly enjoying it and then all of a sudden there was a plot change and I really started to enjoy it. It was a perfect Christmas film to watch on a girls day out, we’d been to Pizza Express beforehand and then drank prosecco in Wetherspoons afterwards - those were the days!

apparently so. George donated and supported a lot of charities including those for the homeless hence that being part of the film. I’m a huge GM fan and cried at quite a lot of the film. Such a tragic loss to lose such a talent so young

I watched it with DD yesterday - we were expecting it to be really naff as it ha such bad reviews last year, but we LOVED it! I cried loads, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Btw I’d missed the cameos...off to replay the last scene now 😊

Having definitely heard last year that his sisters were in it, I’ve just looked and there’s no reference to them in the cast list. Very sad as his sister Melanie died not long after the film was released last year, also on Christmas Day

I watched it yesterday while putting my tree up. I think it wasn’t great at first then got better. I wasn’t expecting the twist tbh.
