Best Western Premier Saratoga Resort Villas

Thinking of staying here in Aug 2014 and was wondering if anyone has been there and what it is like?

Well ali.d it looks like we are the only ones interested in this place.
From the reviews I have seen and the research I have done this looks like a nice place to stay. Especially as it has recently undergone an extensive refurb.
I have stayed in the nearby Villas of Somerset and like the general area, so I think i will be staying here next year.

Hi, my mum and brother stayed here and loved it. The little villas were lovely, they are going back in 2015 and can't wait. They said it was very peaceful too. If you have any questions, I am seeing my mum and brother tomorrow and I can give you some answers, they really enjoyed the holiday, the only thing they said is you do need a car to get to universal and wdw , shops etc.

We are looking at this resort for our visit in May 2014. Seems to have pretty good reviews on TripAdvisor and location seems ok (we'll have a car).

It is our first time in Florida though so would welcome any suggestions for similar smallish villas are more than welcome...

They don't have washing machines or driers, there is a laundry.

The place is a dump, we had a 2 bed unit, they state "full" kitchens but there was no oven.

The tiled floors were filthy, and when we saw the cleaner we understood why. The mop and bucket she used had filthy water in it before she started, once she'd left I got a nice white towel and wiped over the kitchen floor, it soon turned black.

The rooms have been poorly upgraded, it seems a lot of rooms are occupied by long-term residents.

We would never stay there again.
