I might be wrong but couldn't you use the Feedback Form [Questions / Comments] on the link that wpalmer gave. Where it says "What kind of comment would you like to send", it gives you the choice of 4 options, Compliment, Concern, Question, Suggestion, it also give you a choice of "What aspect of the airport has prompted your feedback". You could then click on yes where it says would you like to be contacted regarding this matter.
Anyway only a thought, but as I said I might be wrong.
