Mobile When and how to get in touch with VH

We just received our cancellation email from Netflights for our flights 25th April/9th May.

We have a hotel booked with VH for 1st/6th May.

I am too early to get in touch with VH and what is the best way to get in touch with them?

Sorry for jumping in without actually answering your question but did you receive a refund from Netflights for your flight? Do you mind me asking who your flights were with? I was due to fly out on the 28th with VA but only have the option of reboking at the moment so wondering if the hold of for a refund!

Netflights have "applied for a full refund" which can take up to 10 weeks.

Our flight was with VA, the 25th April which had been cancelled but our return flight is still showing as active I emailed Netflight on the 23rd and 25th March asking for a refund and just heard back today.

We had a flydrive booked with Virgin Holidays for 7th May but have rescheduled to 2021.

It took 3.5 days of holding on the phone from open to close (9am-5pm) to get through to someone. You can text or WhatsApp them also if you go on their website and put your number in, they send you a message to respond to. I believe there are long waits with this also though.

Thank you I text and Whatsapped a couple of days ago before I got flight cancellation details so I will just hope I hear soon!

Thanks, they did reply today and what me to choose different dates but I have replied asking for a refund.

That’s what I did but they never got back to me until after the hotel contacted them.
