Ever After Holidays!
Absolutely blummin amazing. I priced up DIY for our holiday and they were only slightly more and I'd say worth every extra penny. If it comes to it and we can't have our holiday this summer it will mean one phone call instead of 5 to sort it out. The way they dealt with Thomas Cook going under and then the current situation is like nothing I have seen before from a company. |

Ever after holidays have been brilliant for us, rang us a couple of weeks before holiday officially cancelled to see how we were feeling. Then called again as soon as universal studios was cancelled and told us we now qualified as a cancellation offered money back but we have moved to May 2021 and if sure any further issue they will be on the ball

I would be looking very carefully at the refund threads on the forum.
A company should be judged by how it performs in adversity, rather than when things are going swimmingly well. Two of the biggest players have quite frankly been disgusting in their efforts to obtain one year interest free loans from customers by issuing credit notes that will be worthless in the event that either goes under... when they have a legal obligation to refund within 7 days. I will never use either again... nor KLM or Air France. There are companies that have emerged well from recent months, behaving with reasonable integrity. Others may name them.

A very accurate appraisal as usual - yes we are awaiting VS to replenish our coffers soon I hope This is an excellent thread below but unfortunately only has one review, albeit good, of Ever After. Maybe you previous posters on this thread singing their praises should add a post here as well so the word can get round Dibb world https://DIBB.in/14394163 Mick

on our last visits to wdw we have used BA holidays ,no complaints here, and judgment seems to be proven right in the present climate, due to fly out in april ,flights cancelled and monies put back in account before end of the week.it would depend on what type of package or just flight .would agree with other comments too.we tend to go with holiday package, flights and hotel.

This was my review. I was very impressed with the way that Ever After Holidays handled the demise of Thomas Cook, I have been very impressed in the way they have handled the current crisis, there’s never a hard sell and their knowledge of Disney etc is like no other TA (particularly when some of them are ex- cast members). The main reason why I think they stand out though for me is that they communicate with their customers and are open and honest. I received a full refund within 3 days of cancellation. I am surprised others haven’t mentioned anything in the main thread but I suspect a lot of people have just moved their holidays to next year. I have booked with virgin and DIY previously, but sure glad I booked a package this time and when the time is right, I will be rebooking with them for our next trip ... whenever they may be!
