Windwood bay

Hi, I've booked a 5 bed Villa through Charter Travel and just wondering if people have stayed in this area before?
Had a few comments that it's nice, picked it as the Villa Charter Travel shown us is the exact Villa we get and it looks amazing

It's the first Champions Gate community we ever stayed in we love the area so much we ended up buying our home in another of Champions Gate communities.

Our management company live there and there are I think 3 DIBB villas on Windwood. You have a couple of Publix supermarkets, 2 McDs, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Chinese takeouts, subway, CVS, Walgreens, Chilis and 3 Gas Stations in the area.

Easy access in to Disney, Universal and further afield to Busch and the beaches. I am sure you love the community and area.

It is a great area biased I know, there are a few dibbers that have stayed on the Bay so hopefully some of them will come along and let you know about the area.

We stayed there a few years ago and loved it. There is an easy route to Disney and US192 which cuts out a lot of the traffic jams. If we were to stay in Kissimmee again we would want to find a villa here.

Ah fantastic, I was worried it might take a while to get to the parks?
Virgin was offering 3 bed villa 25-30 mins away from disney aoa, at least the way I have done it I've seen the villa and it really does look amazing

Our favourite area to stay. We're going back for our 3rd stay here close to supermarkets, Chilis Mcds Dunkin doughnuts.
Also close to the I4

We stayed in Winwood Bay in 2012. This was our first DIY and hand picked the villa following a poor experience in a previous package villa that we had not seen in advance.

When we set out to buy our own villa last year we had picked out a Winwood Bay villa that we had our hearts set on until we were shown our new villa which is also nearby.

We really like the Champions Gate area due to its proximity to Highway 27 and I4.

The I4 can sometimes get busy during the day but try taking Lake Wilson Road up to the 192 for going to Disney.

Well we are here at the moment and yes like Steve are a little biased when it comes to are own community so will let others do the talking on it.
Bit on the cold side today and very windy.
