Length of villa rental

Hi.
Looking to go August 2016. I realise that a lot of villas have a minimum 7 night rental but wanted to check that you could book a 10 night stay and that they weren't always rented in blocks of 7? Thanks

Most owners will rent any number of days but usually will want a min of 7 nights although not always the case

Yes 10 nights no problem we have a 7 night minimum anything over that is fine. Just to add most of us are also flexible on arrival and departure days.

10 nights is fine. we have a 3 night minimum as do many owners.

I'm sure you will be fine, most owners do odd days rentals. We have a 7 night minimum for peak periods but 3 night minimum for other times

In the Kissimmee area , 10 night rental is quite common
on the coast , where sea view land is at a premium..renatls are often limited to 7 or 14 days ony and often Sat to Sat
Orlando area is much more flexible
