Where to collect $200 gift card?

Staying at the Beach Club, booked through WDTC - are we given the card when we arrive at the hotel?

You have to collect from the Disney Store at DTD, you will need ID and booking ref

There is a desk in the jewellery department where you exchange your voucher for the $200 gift card. Just don't forget your ID.

Just out of interest, is the Disney Store still in the same place at Downtown Disney? When we were there last month, it looked from the main road as if part of it was being demolished.
I know that Guest Services has moved, and is now outside Disney Quest.

World of Disney store is still very much where it always has been. There is redevelopment work going on around it.

(Guest Relations are located at Disney Quest (Westside) and just behind Arribas Brothers at Marketplace.)

Last time I went there went to the Virgin desk in mco airport im not sure if it would be the same now though
