Tell me what you take
So next year booked in September.
No dining plan I know we can use garden grocer etc which I will for water and fridge items. But... what do you all take from home? I guess teabags is a staple lol I don't eat cold cereal, but am looking to save some dollars rather than buying there Thank you |

this is what I have done in the past, but not driving this time, could uber but did not have a great experience last year with wifi etc and that has put me off completely!
I am doing one week at universal before I move to Disney so was primarily looking at getting stuff delivered to universal as will be so busy only doing one week there |

You are staying at POP just before us! 388 days for me (fingers crossed).
I just take cereal bars from home and a couple of squeezy squash for the water bottles. We had DDP last year so noticed we weren't eating so many snacks but if you can save some $$ then its worth bringing a few snacks from home. I usually fill a carry on case with snacks for the plane and chocolate for the mousekeeping too! Re. tea bags, if you are thinking of buying the refillable resort mugs (if they still do them) then you can get tea at the quick service |

I don't take anything from home. I don't eat much out there as it's so hot so it would be a waste.

I always take tea bags, sweeteners (for the villa stay) and the take some mini marylands, cereal bars, go ahead bars, and brunch bars just to put in our backpack or if the kids want a snack when they wake up before breakfast. Other than that, we go to walmart and get bottles of water and other bits, but when staying at Disney get the bare minimum. Did Garden Grocer on our first trip but they were very expensive.

Just tea bags and instant coffee. This might sound silly but I quite enjoy trips to Walmart and Target to look around and buy American snacks and sweets. We're going to Vegas at New Year (well, we probably aren't due to Rona) and the plan was to get an Uber to Walmart as we're not hiring a car.
I used Garden Grocer when we stayed on site a few years ago and it was really convenient. Expensive but very convenient. |

You could take breakfast bars if you don’t mind those?

The Walmart on Charleston is closest, and Uber won’t be much from the Strip. It has seen better days but it’s good enough for a Walmart fix

Teabags & maybe coffee for our Aeropress depending on plans as far as a Supermarket trip. On a standard room you are limited though, Universal for instance is a Keurig coffee machine so you can't really do normal tea.
