DD's dentist is specialised in care of those with special needs. If possible contact your local one the dental nurse also has enhanced training. They should be able to provide resources to help. ie dental toys ,tools etc.

Thank you! The tooth is still not out - how its still hanging in there i have no idea, its almost sitting on her lip now! But, she is eating and she is drinking which is a huuuuge relief. She doesnt like the sound of it coming out when its pulled out- that is something I have never ever thought of, but I guess with spd its not something she can ignore and must sound horrid to her!
