There is a recipe on Aldi's website for a red pepper & chorizo soup. It's delicious but can be a little thick so I add a bit more stock for a better consistency.

I literally throw any veg in! Todays soup has celery tomatoes onion garlic cauliflower peppers and a carrot. Chicken stock and salt & pepper yummy :-)

I did a broccoli and stilton one the other day this was lovely too.

Two tins of tomatoes, two chopped red onions and a chopped bulb of fennel with as much veg stock as you need to fill the soup maker. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Throw some basil in once cooked and blend them serve with a dollop of creme fraiche and the finely chopped fronds from the fennel. Its my favourite soup and is really easy to make even without a soup maker.
