Protein rich meals.. recipes please!
Hey!
Can someone please recommend some protein rich meals for dinners? I am currently following a fitness plan but the recipes ive got are getting a bit boring now, so looking to change things up. My macros are 40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein and 1700 calories a day. Any help for nice filling meals will be grand

have you asked your trainer for additional ideas/recipes?
I am currently doing the Joe Wicks 90 Day plan and I am nearing 60 days. Plenty of receipe ideas from these plans and the books are fantastic too. 1700 Calories a day doesn't seem an awful lot though! |

Yeah I have but he hasn't got back to me and I want to batch cook over the weekend.
I'm quite early on in the plan, we will move up to 2200 soon. Just struggling at present lol!

They all sound amazing!
Silly question though - how different in taste is Turkey mince to regular 5% beef mince?

Its a little firmer, but in terms of taste, providing you season extremely well, there isn't. Its much leaner and higher in protein value in comparison to beef mince. I try to eat beef mince less and less now.
It is hard to try and think of things to cook, to keep your diet interesting, especially when you are trying to be good! Turkey burgers are also a winner. Not a massive fish fan, but have enjoyed prawns stir frys too. |

Batch cook some soups, or use a slow cooker and you can make multiple meals.
I follow similar macros. I love porridge or eggs for breakfast. I will sometimes have smoked salmon or lean sausages with my eggs. For meals I like chicken breast, use seasonings to achieve different flavours. I like stir fry, stew, or salad. I love sweet potato and often have them as wedges with my salad.
