Definitely go for sequoia lodge if you need a pool. Very cosy and relaxed compared to Newport. Personally every time I have used a Disney pool I have frozen. We went in Newport Bay pool in September and left after 20 mins as it was very cool. We were cold in the sequoia pool in June one year. I wouldnt bother with a pool personally. Cheyenne is a really nice hotel if you decide not to go with the pool - it’s much nicer than Santa Fe in my opinion 😊

If the two Sequoia. We are not pool people so have never used it. Sequoia is the sweet spot. Good for a moderate.

In 11 visits to DLP, I have yet to find time to visit a pool! I would still choose Sequoia though if budget allows. So cosy, lovely bar, and that little bit nearer the parks.
