Depends on what kind of budget you are looking at? We are doing the Fjords with P&O this year. They aren't our number 1 choice of cruise line, but they were around half the cost of Celebrity and Princess!

I would be happy to go with Iona as she looks like a lovely ship, plus the benefits of P&O include no daily tips and tea and coffee making in the cabin. They do have formal nights, but you can choose to opt out by dining elsewhere than the MDR that night.

We went to the Fjords on P&O Azura in 2017 and really enjoyed it.
As you say, P&O are launching Iona next year and she will be sailing to the Fjords, I would be really tempted to go with them.
