Great report. I love some ToT and willingly go straight back around if minimum wait time. I went to Toy Story Land my last visit, came straight back out as it was heaving, loads of tiny humans and I had no fast passes.
So the buffet, I did a seafood buffet at the Swan, had exactly the same experience with bendy crab claws (thought I was just being a doofus) so thanks for writing about that. I have to say I'd never go back for one of those unless it was at a specialist place that was offsite. I'm glad you realised what had caused the alarming reaction, I have to say I love the Frozen singalong as the narrator humour is right up my juvenile alley. I love a strawberry acai in the trenta size as well, though as I'm not on a dining plan this time I'm not sure how many I will consume. Was that mug a new one btw, I have 2 series of mugs and that does not look like any of my mugs. |

Accuracy, schmaccuracy… I have so many identical photos from each trip but I can never bring myself to delete any of them, you know how it its! I will let A know that you've noted his chivalry. Ha! |

Oh my god... Unfingered tarts amazing!
Another great write up and I'm glad your reaction didn't turn into anything serious!

Thank you very much!
Ahh thank you - glad you enjoyed it. I sort of knew going into it that Andy wouldn't enjoy it, but it was my birthday trip so that was my excuse! Haha well, erm, I aim to please. We have so many awkward hugging photos that it's not even funny. These days we positively encourage those types of pics as we've kind of written off the hope of ever getting a decent one. Thank you very much! |

Horrific and hilarious is the perfect summary of ToT. We do err more towards the "hilarious" side now though which is funny in itself as we steadfastly avoided the ride for so many years. And I do love the front row - I like a view!
3 for 3 on the tots? (not ToTs)? Absolutely - watch this space! Thank you! Yes, it was good trip report fodder, but we've had better meals... Oh that would drive me to distraction. Moaning at people who can't get out of bed at 06:00 on holiday is one of my greatest pleasures. Haha. Thank you! Hehe. As Maui would say, you're welcome. |

That's a good point - however, due to the psoriasis, my skin is massively over-sensitive so I feel like it might be me, rather than the formula per se.
Well, welcome along to a Helen and Andy trip report! Haha! Oh you should definitely ride ToT. Honestly, I was terrified - for YEARS - and now I have no idea why. I don't have a massive tolerance for drop rides but this one is so smooth you just feel like you're bouncing around on a big rubber band. We both love it now and it's a must-do. Yes, the lunch bowl was great. Big too, so it definitely kept us going. I felt it needed the chilli sauce, so you have to kind of get over the fact it turns the eggs pink... Ah there is a disappointment in the next instalment, of the frozen margarita variety... |

Oh thank you, I'm happy you're enjoying the report. Yes, less said about the crab legs the better really...
Thank you! Oh goodness, I dread to think how that explanation went. I wouldn't even know where to start! Glad it made you laugh though. Slinky isn't as scary as Goofy, haha! You'll get to see for yourself soon! I suspect you might enjoy the pop tarts they do...or the chocolate marshmallow French toast... I shall tell Andy about the gold star; he'll be thrilled about it. Hehehe glad it was worth the wait |

Fast passes are an absolute must for Toy Story land. I felt it lacked the appeal to simply wander around - as the rides have such a huge footprint - and whilst the detailing was amazing, it lacked corners or shady spaces to sit and watch the world rush past. Who knew that Bendy Claws (Sandy's cousin?) were a thing in Disney? I suspect it's because they've been boiled or steamed for hours in order to avoid any food poisoning. Same way that the only way you can often only get a medium rare steak in the World is to order it blue. Yeah, it's a new mug - certainly wasn't there when we went in 2017 and stocked up on the second iteration of mugs. It's the only Land one we have I think - although the previous MK one was Fantasyland themed. Haha, you're welcome. And yes, so am I - was pretty scary there for a moment! |

I am loving re-reading your trippie! Hoping to visit in June next year, this is just the escapism I need right now!
