We’ve stayed at HRH & RPR, both are fab but if I had to choose between them I’d go for RPR as it’s quieter.

For one night I’d always go for the cheapest which is why we’ve booked HRH for a night next year.

RPR
We've stayed in both but only once in HRH for 2 nights and 4 times in RPR for 3 nights each time and are staying 4 nights in May
HRH was nice but too noisy for us

If staying for two nights I would probably opt for the cheapest. I have found this normally to be RPR so chose that. But I'd check the prices of the others too.

If going for one night I would aim for HRH as it is just that smidge closer.

As per others comments.

Not sure I follow the question (2 nights) against the proposed timetable... That only seems to have one night at universal/ 2 days.

If staying 2 nights you get from 6/7 am on check-in day until after parks close on checkout day for express passes. So three full days for two nights, two full days for one night stay.
