ACE meet & greet Gatwick ?

Going in March 2020 and considering meet and greet with ACE parking at Gatwick South Terminal, anyone used them before and were you happy ?

We used them October 2018. I asked similar on here at the time and then noticed the address etc was pretty much identical to Maple Manor. On arrival it was indeed Maple Manor staff we were met by and we had no problems. A little wait for a car on return but nothing to shout about.

I'm pretty sure that Ace and Purple Parking are all managed by Maple or maybe even owned by them..
It's a case of doing 3 searches and who comes out on top plus factor in Quidco.

We used then last month, only thing that was a problem was that they changed the drop off/pick up point to the Sofitel car park at North Terminal, we had booked the Hampton by Hilton as an overnight stay because that was originally where the drop off/pick up was supposed to be, but from what I can tell this was the fault of the hotel and not Ace Meet and Greet, we had no problems with them other than this.

Maple had to get a new contract as the Hampton didn't want them there.

The Sofitel car park is ok and it's under cover but it's not very big. Loads more staff working in November than used to be the case. Probably to keep the spaces clear by moving cars out quickly.
