Frozen in a bottle perfume

Please can anyone tell me if this is only sold at Norway in Epcot or could I get it from any other of the parks too? I sprayed some today and wish I had bought it 😕

If I don't remember wrongly, I saw it earlier this month at the Marketplace Coop in Disney Springs (the part of it nearer Goofy's Candy/Christmas Shop). They had both the Frozen and the Laila perfume there.

I seem to recall also possibly having seen it in MK (possibly Emporium or Uptown Jewellers), but I this is a bit of a hazy memory and may have been on a previous trip rather than my recent trip.
