Universal assistance pass and Hagrids ride

We were in Universal last week getting a return time for the Hagrid ride and the cast member told us that you can have a return time for Hagrid and another ride.
I assume this is because the Hagrid return time is quite long (was 1.5 hrs for us which I thought was OK as the posted wait time was over 2.5 hrs).

Also found quite a few of the Universal staff must have been new as they were unfamiliar which the assistance system and had to ask a colleague.

We were told we could have one other return time in addition to our Hagrids. The cast member seemed to be very experienced. I was surprised because I always thought we were only allowed one at a time. This worked out really well for us.
