Here now, what time to rope drop at Epcot?
Bit of an urgent question as we are doing this today and it's the only park I don't know what time to arrive at to rope drop! Do they let people in an hour early like at MK, AK and HS?

They let us in at 9. We were allowed to queue from 8am(only time off-site bus would get us there) but had to wait at the rope. We were entertained by the jamitors.

Oh that sounds fun. We are entering from IG as staying at Beach Club, I hear that less people enter that way so I guess 8.30 ish should be fine if kids have something to snack on.

That will not be a problem if you go to Boardwalk Bakery. Discovered there and Ample Hills yesterday (thanks Dibbers! ).
We're thinking of rope dropping Epcot tomorrow. I'm interested to know how much of a rush it'll be to get to TT. DS wanted to ride Slinky Dog so we rope dropped at DHS yesterday. Was not fun. |

We rope dropped Soarin and got on first flight. It wasn't too bad.

Oh dear, in what way? How long before opening did you get there and was it still really crowded? Did everyone head straight for SDD? We don’t go in the morning until after GE opens but we need to do multiple rope drops at the 6am opening for TSL and GE plus ToT, etc. Any info might be useful, pls?!

We got through the gate at about 850 (not an EMH day). Queue for Toy Story Land from the central hub past concession near entrance. You could go up the paths to other areas. Well controlled slow walk to Toy Story Land (which is great). We queued for an hour (off ride at 1015 as it broke as we were boarding!). Both TSM and saucers were over an hour by then, two for Slinky Dog. Somehow TOT and RnR were both over 45 mins as well.

Wow! Thanks for this - not looking forward to the early early mornings - especially when we need to register for Trials of the Temple before we head to TSL...
Still, we’ll be at Disney so I’m sure we won’t be grumbling too much!
