do you have a car ?

pop over to walmart publix or target for breakfast items and water pop etc also try and get a styrofoam cooler for the boot of the car (if you have a car)

eating in disney is not to bad you could at a pinch split the meals and get plenty of topping for the topping bar

bring your own water into the park also ask at counter service places for ice water its free

if you use the drinking fountains use the lower kids ones you will find the water is cooler but still has the strange boggy water taste

in epcot go to ice station cool for free soft drinks from around the world (beverly is out of this world ) (club cool)

eat out at night not in the park
cici's pizza is great
so is golden coral it good if you like kids running around plastic plates but the food is good
