I don't get what it means on the check in page, it's contractictary.
It says -

Don't Like Waiting In Line?
Use Alamo's kiosk and you will be on your way faster.

When you use the kiosk, you don't need to visit the counter. You can go straight to your car.

This optional service is offered free of charge at this location.

To use the kiosk, you will be required to confirm your protection options, agree to the Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions, and enter a valid credit card. (No charge is made until you return your vehicle.)

Then underneath says - Alamo is located in the middle of the first floor. Please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Blumey what a palaver!
My computer would not do it no matter what I did. Tried Edge and Chrome, cleared cookies and cache etc...
When on the Macbook and did it first time! Thanks for the help!

Well done Cath. I was stuck with any further ideas for OLCI. We all know skip the counter can be twitchy but not the first stage. All is well that ends well.
