API question

Just been on the Virgin web site to complete our API's for our upcoming trip. They are currently saying they are up to date ! We travel with Virgin every year so I understand they have our past details. This year I have had to renew my passport and also our ESTA's. I'm not sure if I need to contact Virgin or is this correct as I have not updated our info as yet for this visit and the site is not giving me the option to update !

For some reason i think with Virgin you can't update the API until you do online check in - something to do with their new system.
I would give them a call though.

Following a highly irritating web site relaunch last November (a few hundred very unhappy FC members posts on here at the time) you can't now do API on VS flights until 24 hours before departure.

If you do OLCI you can do API at the same time.

Aye, API done at OLCI now Matt. Last June I completed VA API, come Nov the flippin' lot disappeared. I discovered a way to complete certain elements, all shown as registered. At OLCI no pre-completed details available apart from our US address, had to re-complete, for a 3rd time.
