I'm not sure that would be enough at any airport. What if the flight is late?
If you have booked a through ticket you will be fine but if they are stand alone tickets then you might find yourself having to book a new ticket.
I am happier sitting in an airport waiting than sitting on a plane willing it to go faster!

We had the Same experience last year. Took off one hour late from MAN but they waited for us at Reykjavik. The Icelandic staff at MAN told us that the plane would 'wait' for us, as "they always do".

We had 1 hour 25 to change at AMS and it was enough even with the extra security checks.
