Unfortunately you won't be able to as those of us who book direct with Disney have to trawl over to Disney Springs to pick them up.

On the topic of pick up, we fly into Miami and have 3 nights there before we head up for our Disney stay. Does anyone know if we can get the gift card from the Virgin desk at Miami airport? Or do we need to pick it up from somewhere when we get to Orlando?

It wasn’t on my confirmation - sorted in 5 mins via their online chat. Was impressed how quickly it was sorted but still disappointed it wasn’t on there to begin with. We booked on free Dining release date and it’s clear they’ve still not sorted it out.

I have just been on chat with them, they said the $200 give card only came with a full holiday package including flights. I want hotel only as certainly dont want to fly with them. That sounds naughty to me as its a disney offer

The $200 with Virgin is different to the Disney one as you pick it up at the airport.

Although it’s the same offer as Disney the $200 is Virgin matching the Disney offer. Some TAs don’t have the $200, just the free dining

Have you booked park tickets too or just the hotel?

Booked hotel and dining plan with tickets. Their t&c make no mention of flight or total package. But they have come in much cheaper than disney or agent so even factoring in loss of voucher they had my business. Am not up for a legal fight
